Returns
You have 60 days from delivery to return unopened items and 30 days for lightly used ones. Start a return from your account page and we'll email a prepaid label within an hour.
- Refunds land on your original payment method in 3–5 business days after we receive the return.
- Sale items are refundable to store credit.
- Personalized or engraved items are final sale.
Warranty
Every product on ShopWave is covered against manufacturing defects. Tech and home goods carry a 2-year warranty; apparel and accessories are covered for 1 year.
