Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We do our best to keep pricing and stock accurate, but reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if a listing contains a clear error.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment partners. ShopWave never stores your full card number. You are responsible for any duties or import taxes that apply to international orders.

Returns

Our return policy is described in detail on the Shipping & Returns page. In short: 60 days on unopened items, 30 days on lightly used ones, and personalized items are final sale.

Intellectual property

The ShopWave brand, logo and site design are our intellectual property. Product imagery and descriptions belong to the respective brands and are used with permission.

Liability

ShopWave is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it.
